A 4-day interlude to connect with your Body, your Breath and yourself!!!

This year, I'll be introducing you to different practices based on Breathing, Music, body expression through movement and singing... all these workshops will be set to music

If you feel like taking a break, breathing, moving, doing yoga, singing, walking on the beach, recharging your batteries .... this break is for you!!!

The hotel will be privatized for you in a warm and cosy atmosphere

Rate for one person :

- shared duo room: €820 
- solo in a double room with en-suite bathroom: €890 

This rate includes 3 nights' full-board accommodation at Les Lauriers for the 4 days in Saint-Tropez, healthy breakfasts, meals and brunches, and all workshops
